Yes. We have a 30-day rental minimum per our bylaws.

We are not a pet friendly community.

What is a Co-op

A mobile home real estate cooperative (co-op) is a resident-owned community where homeowners collectively own the land and common areas through a nonprofit corporation run by an elected board of directors. Residents purchase a share in the corporation and own their own unit. A monthly fee, similar to a condo fee, is charged to cover the expenses of running and maintaining the Co-op.
